Training enables people to work with our systems and to be prepared in case of service requirements or operational incidents. Through our UPS Academy, located at our headquarters in The Netherlands, Hitec Power Protection offers a broad range of training courses. Training modules are tuned at the need and required knowledge level. We have for example tailor made programs for our customers, operators, engineers, service engineers and our global partners.

Practical focus
The trainings are interactive and hands-on, focusing on practical situations. Our experienced training staff uses simulation of power problems to train the reflexes of people in unexpected situations. To put knowledge into practice a demo UPS system is available as is a software lab. The training program consists of modules, meaning it can be tuned both at new users and more experienced users. Our advice is that operators get an update in training at least every five years.
